Voice and chat agents, WhatsApp booking, appointment systems, directories and full-stack mobile apps. Client names are withheld; the detail of each build is not.

AI voice agentClinics · inbound calls

A voice agent that answers the call and books the slot before the caller hangs up.

Reception could not work the front desk and the phone at the same time, so lunchtime and after-hours calls went to a mailbox. The agent picks up on the second ring, answers the routine questions, reads live availability and books the appointment into the calendar the team already uses. Anything off-script transfers to a person with a spoken summary attached.

WhatsApp booking assistantAppointments · WhatsApp

Patients book, reschedule and cancel without leaving WhatsApp.

Most enquiries already arrived on WhatsApp, and someone then retyped them into the booking system. The assistant runs the whole conversation in the thread: it offers real open slots, confirms the booking, sends the reminder, and handles the reschedule or cancellation when the reply comes back.

Clinic staff appHealthcare ops · in-house

Attendance, leave and payroll for the whole clinic in one in-house app.

Staff hours lived on a paper register and payroll was rebuilt in a spreadsheet every cycle. Each staff member gets a geofenced check-in, leave requests that route to their manager, and the roster on their phone. The back office gets timesheets that export straight into payroll, plus the day-to-day clinic admin the team asked for.

Appointment booking systemMulti-staff services

Online booking wired to the calendars the team already lives in.

Bookings arrived by phone, form and DM, and two of them regularly landed on the same slot. The system holds one availability model per staff member, blocks a slot the moment it is taken, and sends the confirmation and reminder itself. Rescheduling is a link in the confirmation rather than a phone call.

Booking directoryMulti-vendor marketplace

A searchable directory where every listing takes bookings on the spot.

Not a static list of providers: each listing carries its own hours, prices and booking flow. Vendors onboard themselves and manage their own availability, and visitors filter by location and service, then book without leaving the page.

Full-stack mobile appConsumer · iOS and Android

One codebase, both stores, and the backend that feeds it.

Built end to end: the app, the API, the database and the admin panel the client runs it from. Accounts, payments, push notifications and sync that survives a dead zone, shipped to both stores and set up so their team can release updates without us.

AI website chatbotSupport · web and chat

A chatbot that answers from your own pages, and says so when it does not know.

Grounded in the site content, price list and FAQs rather than the open internet. It answers the repeat questions, captures the enquiry when someone is ready to book, and hands anything it cannot source to a human with the conversation attached.
