Two to three weeks for a single workflow, measured from the free audit call rather than from contract signature. Data sync and reporting builds run two to four weeks, and custom agents three to five, because we tune and evaluate those on your real data first.

Do we own what you build?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The workflows, prompts, code and documentation are yours, in your own accounts, on your billing. We do not host your automations on our infrastructure, and there is no licence to keep paying.

What happens when a run fails at 2am?

Every workflow ships with retries, an error branch and alerting. Failed work queues rather than disappearing, and a human is paged. On a fractional ops plan that human is us.

Will this replace people on my team?

Not how we scope it. We target the retyping, chasing and filing that nobody was hired to do. Most clients redeploy the hours into sales or service rather than cutting headcount.

A single workflow runs on platform and model fees billed to your own accounts, and the amount follows your volume and the models it uses. We estimate it line by line during the audit, so you see the running figure before you commit to anything.

We already have Zapier zaps that half work. Can you fix those?

Yes, and that is often the cheapest first engagement. We audit what exists, keep what earns its keep and rebuild the fragile parts with proper error handling.
