Do we own what you build?

Yes. The workflows, prompts, code and documentation are yours, in your own accounts, on your billing. We do not host your automations on our infrastructure, and there is no licence to keep paying.

What happens when a run fails at 2am?

Every workflow ships with retries, an error branch and alerting. Failed work queues rather than disappearing, and a human is paged. On a fractional ops plan that human is us.

Yes, and that is often the cheapest first engagement. We audit what exists, keep what earns its keep and rebuild the fragile parts with proper error handling.
